*Curried Shrimp In Cream Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 can cream of shrimp soup (10 1/2 oz.)
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 c. cooked, fresh shrimp
Preparation
    In a medium sized pan, cook onion in butter until tender, but not brown.
    Add undiluted soup and stir until smooth.
    Add sour cream and curry powder.
    Thicken with 2 tablespoons cornstarch. Heat to boiling point; add shrimp.
    Serve over rice.
    Serves 4 to 6.
