Lemon Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oleo (2 sticks)
    1/2 c. powdered sugar
    2 1/3 c. unsifted flour
    2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    4 eggs, well beaten
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    grated rind of 1 lemon
Preparation
    Make a paste of the oleo, powdered sugar and flour.
    Press into a long baking dish; bake for 15 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Mix 2 cups sugar, flour, baking powder, eggs, lemon juice and grated rind together.
    Pour into hot crust.
    Bake for 25 minutes at 350\u00b0. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top while hot.
