Mom'S Lo-Cal Cream Cheese Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (9-inch) graham cracker crust, baked and cooled
1 (8 oz.) pkg. lo-cal cream cheese
2 c. 2% milk
1 small pkg. instant Jell-O pudding mix (lemon, pineapple or other cream filling)
Preparation

Stir cream cheese until soft.
Gradually blend in 1/2 cup milk until mixture is very smooth.
Add remaining milk and pudding mix. Beat slowly with eggbeater for 1 minute.
Pour at once into cooled crust.
