Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
3 tsp. baking powder
1 c. shortening
1 pkg. yeast in 3 Tbsp. warm water
2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
-
Sift flour, sugar, salt, soda and baking powder all together and cut in shortening.
Dissolve yeast in warm water.
Add yeast and buttermilk and mix well.
Dough will keep 2 days or longer, covered in the refrigerator.
