Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 c. milk
3/4 c. shredded cheese
Preparation

Melt butter.
Stir in flour, salt and pepper, stirring constantly until it bubbles.
Stir in milk; keep stirring until sauce thickens.
Stir in cheese until melted.
Makes 2 1/2 cups.
