Seven Layer Bean Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can black beans, drained and rinsed
    2 to 3 tsp. chopped fresh cilantro
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 small avocado
    2 tsp. chopped jalapeno peppers
    1 medium tomato, seeded and finely chopped
    1/2 c. shredded nonfat or reduced-fat Monterey Jack cheese
    1/4 c. thinly sliced scallions
    1/4 c. chopped black olives
Preparation
    Place the beans, cilantro and chili powder in a food processor and process until smooth.
    Spread the mixture in a 9-inch deep dish pie pan or a shallow serving dish.
    Peel and finely chop the avocado.
    Toss with the lemon juice and set aside.
