Bacon Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. pkg. medium noodles
8 oz. bacon
1 small onion, chopped
1 lb. extra lean hamburger
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 pint low fat sour cream
Preparation

Cook noodles and set aside.
Brown bacon till crisp, set aside.
Saute onion in bacon drippings till tender, add hamburger meat.
Cook till no longer pink. Mix soup, sour cream, bacon, onion & meat.
Toss with noodles.
Garnish with chopped parsley. Bake at 350\u00b0
till bubbly.
