Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. Mazola oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt (optional)
3 c. finely chopped, peeled apples
2 c. chopped pecans
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Mix all together
with electric mixer.
Bake in greased and floured tube pan at 350\u00b0 for about 1 1/2 hours.
