Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    hamburger
    1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 c. milk
    1 c. onion, chopped fine
    1 egg
    1/4 c. parsley (dry)
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Make in balls.
    Fry in butter until brown; drain. Make gravy with flour, 2 beef bouillon cubes and 1 tablespoon instant coffee.
    Simmer until done.
