Jambasette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    3 medium onions
    2 c. canned tomatoes
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 lb. pkg. noodles
Preparation
    Melt butter in frying pan.
    Add beef and cook until lightly browned.
    Remove from pan and fry onions (diced) until transparent and tender.
    Add tomatoes and meat to onion in skillet.
    Season to taste with salt and pepper.
    Cook noodles in boiling water. Combine with meat mixture.
    Add half of grated cheese.
    Place in casserole and cover with remaining cheese.
    Let set 1 hour to blend flavors.
    Bake 1 hour in 350\u00b0 oven.
