Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. corn meal
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 small can cream-style corn
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    2 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 to 3 jalapeno peppers, finely chopped
    1/3 c. oil
    milk
Preparation
    Combine ingredients from corn meal through oil in mixing bowl. Stir well. Add enough milk for desired consistency.
    Pour batter into greased baking pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until bread tests for doneness.
