Honey Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. baking mix
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. shortening
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
2 c. chopped apples

Preparation

Combine
all
ingredients except apples in small mixing bowl. Beat
with electric mixer on low speed about 4 minutes. Stir in apples.
Bake
in
8-inch
or 9 1/2-inch round pan in 350\u00b0 oven about 30 minutes, or until done.
