Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour (self-rising)
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 eggs
1 c. nuts
3 apples, chopped
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 c. oil

Preparation

Mix all ingredients. Bake in tube pan 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
