Hot Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. hot sausage
1 medium onion, chopped
1 large pkg. frozen hash browns
1 pkg. grated sharp cheese

Preparation

Brown sausage and drain on paper towel.
Cook onion and hash browns.
Add drained sausage and cook slow about 5 minutes.
Place in baking dish, rotating layers, beginning with potato mixture, then cheese.
Top with cheese, then warm just enough to melt cheese.
