Squash Stuffed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 small onion, chopped
    1/2 tsp. basil
    2 medium zucchini, shredded (2 1/2 c.)
    3 slices bread, torn into crumbs
    1 egg, beaten
    3/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    4 chicken breast halves with skin
Preparation
    Melt butter, onion and basil in pan.
    Add zucchini; cook 2 minutes on medium-low.
    Remove from heat; add bread, egg, cheese, salt and pepper.
    Stuff mixture under skin of chicken.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
