Dressing Covered Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 pork chops
10 pieces toasted bread, crumbled
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. sage
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chicken crystals
Preparation

Brown pork chops on both sides.
Prepare dressing.
Line pan (at least 2-inches deep) with aluminum foil, leaving enough to cover top.
Place 3 pork chops in pan and cover with 1/2 of dressing.
Place other 3 pork chops on top and cover with remaining dressing.
Bake at 375\u00b0 until meat is tender.
Serves 6.
