Peanut Butter Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. peanut butter
3 Tbsp. softened margarine
1 c. sifted powdered sugar
8 oz. chocolate almond bark or confectioners coating
Preparation

Stir together margarine and peanut butter.
Gradually add sugar until combined.
Roll into 1 inch balls and place on waxed paper. Let dry about 20 minutes.
Melt almond bark or confectioners coating.
Let cool slightly.
Dip balls and let excess coating drip off.
Place on waxed paper until coating is dry.
