Banana Nut Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick soft margarine
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. quick oats
1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. soda
3/4 tsp. salt
2 c. mashed bananas
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2/3 c. raisins
2/3 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Blend in a large bowl the margarine, sugars, eggs, vanilla and bananas.
Sift together flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. Add flour mixture alternately with mashed bananas, raw oats, raisins and walnuts.
Bake in a well greased pan at 375\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes and cut into squares.
