Open Jar Dill Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    about 2 lb. medium size cukes, about 4-inches long (cut off ends)
    3 or 4 cloves garlic
    3 or 4 sprigs dill
    1/4 c. vinegar (cider)
    1/4 c. pickling salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    4 c. tap water
Preparation
    These ingredients do not need to be boiled.
    Put sliced cukes into one
    2
    quart
    canning
    jar.
    Pour
    the rest of the ingredients into the jar after mixing them in a separate bowl. Put cap on and
    let stand on counter for 3 to 4 days.
    Refrigerate. They should
    be
    ready to eat.
    You will find they are delicious.
