Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks oleo
2 c. uncooked Minute rice
2 small cans evaporated milk
2 small jars Cheez Whiz
2 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
Preparation

Melt oleo.
Add rice, milk, cheese and vegetables.
Mix.
Pour in casserole (9 x 13-inch pan).
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
