Hawaiian Venison - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. venison steaks
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. margarine
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. salt
    2 to 3 green peppers
    1/2 to 1 can pineapple chunks, drained
    sauce *
Preparation
    Cut steaks in 1-inch cubes.
    Flour and brown in hot margarine. Add water and salt.
    Simmer until tender.
    Cut peppers in 1-inch squares.
    Boil 10 minutes and drain.
    Add peppers and pineapple to meat.
    Pour sauce over meat mixture.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
    Serve over Chinese noodles or rice.
