Chocolate Crinkles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. unsweetened chocolate
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. vegetable oil
    2 c. sugar
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 tsp. vanilla extract
    2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Melt chocolate in double boiler.
    Cool.
    Sift flour, baking powder, and salt.
    Mix oil, cooled chocolate, and sugar in bowl. Beat eggs in one at a time.
    Add vanilla and sifted dry ingredients; mix well.
    Fold in chocolate chips.
    Chill, covered for 4 hours.
    Preheat oven to 350.
    Roll mixture by teaspoonfuls in powdered sugar.
    Arrange on greased cookie sheet.
    Bake for 9-11 minutes or until cookies test done.
    Cool on cookie sheet for 5 minutes.
    Remove to wire rack to cool completely.
