Night Before French Toast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 loaf Italian or French bread, cut into 1-inch slices
3 eggs
3 c. milk
4 tsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. butter, cut into small pieces
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Arrange bread in pan.
Beat together eggs, milk, sugar, salt and vanilla.
Pour over bread evenly.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Before baking, uncover and dot the top with butter.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Cut into squares and serve immediately with warm maple syrup.
