Ingredients

1 lb. cranberries
1 lemon, thin sliced
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. white vinegar
1 large onion, sliced
3/4 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
cayenne
2/3 c. ginger preserves
Preparation

In large saucepan, combine all ingredients except the ginger preserves.
Cook over moderate heat until the mixture thickens and the cranberries pop, 30 to 45 minutes.
