Ingredients

2 c. persimmons
3 eggs
1 3/4 c. milk
2 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Mix persimmons, beaten eggs and milk together.
Sift dry ingredients together and pour liquid mixture into them.
Pour into shallow oiled pan to depth of 2-inches.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 or until done.
When cool, cut into squares.
