Pat'S Favorite Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 c. Minute rice
    1 chopped tomato
    1 Tbsp. chopped green chilies
    1/2 c. oil
    1/4 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    2 c. chicken stock
Preparation
    Brown onion and rice in oil in a large skillet. Add tomato, green chilies, seasoning and stock. Cover and simmer until rice is fluffy and moist.
    Make 6 to 8 servings.
