Beef Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 or 4 lb.) beef roast
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 can water
Preparation
    Salt and pepper roast.
    Place in a baking pan.
    Pour mushroom soup, dry onion soup mix and water over roast.
    Cover and bake at 300\u00b0 until done.
    (May add potatoes and carrots.)
