Hot Bacon Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

20 slices bacon
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
5 1/2 oz. vinegar
5 1/2 oz. water
4 tsp. cornstarch
2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cube and brown the bacon and pour off the grease.
Beat together eggs, vinegar and water.
Mix cornstarch, sugar and salt separately.
Add bacon and liquid ingredients to saucepan on medium heat.
Add dry ingredients, stirring constantly with whip until hot and thickened.
Use over lettuce, endive or tossed salad.
