Easy Strawberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello
    1 (12 oz.) carton cottage cheese
    1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
Preparation
    Put pineapple in a small saucepan and cook 2 minutes.
    Add jello and cook 2 more minutes.
    Combine cottage cheese and Cool Whip.
    Then add to cooled gelatin and pineapple mixture.
    Chill.
