Spanakopeta (Spinach Pie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. spinach or 2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    2 bunches scallions or 6 green onions (white only)
    1/2 c. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. dill
    1 lb. Feta cheese
    8 eggs
    olive oil
    oregano
    1 lb. filo pastry
    1/2 c. melted sweet butter
Preparation
    Chop spinach, cook
    briefly
    to reduce bulk.
    Cool; add to eggs, spices
    and
    cheese.\tUndo the package of filo, cover pastry with towel.
    Place\t1
    sheet
    at
    a time in 9 x 13-inch jelly roll pan
    (butter).
    Do\t10
    to\t12
    sheets, then spread spinach mixture on\tthem. Sprinkle with olive oil.\tCover with remaining sheets, buttering
    each
    one.
    Cut\ton the diagonal, then vertically.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
