7-Up Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter or margarine
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. plain flour, sifted
    1 tsp. lemon extract
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. eggs (4 or 5)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. 7-Up
Preparation
    Cream shortening, butter and sugar together.
    Add eggs and continue beating.
    Add flour alternately with extracts and 7-Up. Pour in a large greased and floured tube pan.
    Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes or until done at 325\u00b0.
