Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 to 8 meaty chicken pieces (thighs and/or split breasts)
1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. salt (optional)
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. butter
Preparation

Put oil and melted butter in 13 x 1/2 x 2-inch pan.
Shake chicken pieces in bag containing flour, salt, pepper and paprika. Place chicken in pan, skin side down.
Bake for 30 minutes at 425\u00b0. Turn chicken skin side up.
Return to oven for 15 minutes.
Spoon lemon sauce over chicken pieces and return to oven for 15 minutes.
