Polish Mistakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger meat
    1 lb. sausage (hot or mild)
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    garlic salt
    Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Brown hamburger meat and sausage; drain.
    Melt in Velveeta over low heat.
    Add dash of garlic salt and Worcestershire sauce. Spoon onto bread.
    Bake for a few minutes at 250\u00b0 to melt onto bread.
    Serve hot, or can be frozen to bake at a later time.
