Pink Lemonade Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 or 9-inch) baked pastry shell
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (6 oz.) can frozen pink lemonade concentrate, thawed
few drops red food coloring (optional)
1 (4 oz.) container frozen nondairy whipped topping, thawed
Preparation

In large mixer bowl, beat cheese until fluffy; gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk, then lemonade concentrate and food coloring if desired.
Fold in whipped topping.
Pour into prepared pastry shell.
Chill 4 hours or until set.
Refrigerate leftovers.
