Barbecue Beef(30 Buns) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. chuck roast
    1 large can tomatoes
    1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. catsup
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 large green pepper, chopped
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    4 pieces celery, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
Preparation
    Dump into big roaster pan.
    Cover.
    Bake 6 hours at 300\u00b0. After 3 hours, take forks and shred.
    Remove fat and bones.
    Every hour or so, do this until all is removed.
