Nonfat Yogurt Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. skim milk
2/3 c. nonfat plain yogurt
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
pinch of salt
1 3/4 c. flour (use a mixture of whole wheat corn meal, rye flour for texture)
1 c. chopped fruit of your choice (banana, apple, etc.)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Spray 6 large or 12 regular size muffin tins with baking spray.
Fill batter 3/4 way up.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
