Strawberry Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
3 c. (1/2-inch pieces) rhubarb
1 Tbsp. margarine
1 c. sliced strawberries
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
pastry for two (9-inch) pie crusts
Preparation

Combine the sugar, flour and nutmeg.
Add fruit.
Mix well and let stand 20 minutes.
Spoon into (9-inch) pie crust.
Dot with butter.
Put on top crust.
Moisten edge of crust to form seal. Bake at 400\u00b0 about 45 minutes.
