Strawberry Pretzel Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. coarsely crushed pretzels
    3/4 c. melted butter
    1/4 c. sugar
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    12 oz. Cool Whip
    6 oz. pkg. strawberry gelatin
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
Preparation
    Combine pretzels, margarine and 1/4 cup sugar in bowl; mix well.
    Press into baking pan (9 x 12-inch) and bake at 375\u00b0 for 5 minutes.
    Cool.
    Beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar in mixer bowl until light and fluffy.
    Fold in whipped topping.
    Spoon over pretzel layer.
    Dissolve gelatin in 2 cups boiling water.
    Stir in strawberries.
    Spread over cream cheese layer. Chill until gelatin is set.
