Breakfast Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
1/4 c. margarine
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. skim milk
1/4 c. sugar
1 3/4 c. flour, sifted
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Beat egg.
Mix in sugar and melted margarine. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
Add to sugar and margarine mixture, alternately with milk. Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes 14 to 16 small muffins.
