Pinto-Cornbread Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef or turkey
1 medium onion
1 large jar picante or salsa
2 cans pinto beans
1 pkg. cornbread mix
1 tsp. salt
Preparation
-
Brown meat and onion.
Drain.
Put into large rectangle baking dish.
Layer the beans.
Layer the sauce.
Pour cornbread mix on top.
Bake until bread browns at 350\u00b0 for about 15 minutes.
