Microwave Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raw rice
    2 c. water
    1 beef bouillon cube
    1/4 c. margarine, cut in small pieces
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. onion salt
    1/2 tsp. celery salt
Preparation
    Place a marshmallow on top of half a graham cracker.
    Microwave on High for 10 to 15 seconds.
    Immediately top with half of a 1.5 ounce chocolate bar.
