Buttermilk Waffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 c. buttermilk or 2 Tbsp. vinegar in 1 c. milk plus another 1 c. milk
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. flour
    6 Tbsp. oil or melted shortening
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients but oil until well blended.
    Add oil and beat until smooth.
    Pour onto hot waffle iron; cook until golden brown.
