Dawn'S Meatloaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2/3 cup milk
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 slices bread crumbs
    1 onion, chopped
    1/2 cup shredded raw carrots
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    1-1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    1/4 cup catsup
    1 tsp. mustard
Preparation
    Break egg into bowl, beat slightly.
    Add milk, salt, pepper and bread crumbs.
    Beat until bread has blended in well.
    Add onions, carrots, cheese and beef.
    Mix well with hands.
    Pack into a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan.
    Combine brown sugar, catsup and mustard. Spread over surface of loaf.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
    Let stand 10 minutes.
    Can freeze raw for baking later.
