Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 chopped onion
    1/2 chopped green pepper
    1/2 chopped sweet red pepper
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    6 oz. tomato paste
    12 oz. water
    1/2 tsp. chopped garlic
    2 tsp. Italian spices
Preparation
    Saute onions and peppers in olive oil until onions are soft. Do not brown them.
    Pour in saucepan.
    Add tomato sauce and water. Simmer on low heat.
    Using the same skillet, brown beef and garlic.
    Pour in pan with onions and other ingredients.
    Add spices and salt to taste.
    Simmer for 20 minutes.
