Sugar Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. cream
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    7 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    5 Tbsp. butter
    pinch of salt
    2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    nutmeg and cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix sugar, flour and salt.
    Add cream, melted butter and vanilla.
    Pour into unbaked 9-inch pie shell.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg and cinnamon.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
