Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. cider vinegar
1/2 c. hot pepper, ground (red and green)
1/2 c. bell pepper, ground (red and green)
1 bottle Certo
Preparation

Mix all ingredients; cook over low heat for about 45 minutes. Turn to moderate heat and bring to a boil; remove from heat immediately.
Add the Certo; stir well.
Put in jars.
