Ingredients

2 1/2 c. milk
1 pkg. vanilla pudding mix (four serving size)
1/2 c. Minute rice
1/2 c. raisins
1 c. frozen whipped topping, thawed or 1/2 c. cream, whipped
1 can (17 oz.) fruits for salad drained
Preparation

Combine milk, pudding mix, rice and raisins in deep glass bowl (2-quart preferred).
Microwave 11 to 13 minutes or until mixture boils.
Stir once during last half of cooking time.
Cool.
Fold pudding, whipped cream and fruit together in large mixing bowl. Refrigerate until served.
