Chicken Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
2 cloves garlic
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
2 c. chicken broth
2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 c. Parmesan cheese, divided
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper
12 oz. lasagna noodles, uncooked
2 c. small curd cottage cheese
2 c. chicken, cooked and cubed
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, drained
Preparation

Heat butter until melted; add garlic.
Stir in flour and salt and cook until bubbly.
Stir in milk and broth and boil one minute, stirring constantly.
Stir in 1/2 cup Parmesan, Mozzarella, onion, basil, oregano and pepper until cheese melts.
