Spinach Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped frozen spinach
    4 slices bread
    1/2 lb. sharp grated cheese
    2 medium eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook and drain chopped spinach.
    Put 2 slices of bread in bottom of buttered loaf pan.
    Top with layer of spinach and cheese. Repeat, having cheese on top.
    Beat eggs; add milk and seasoning and pour over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
