Fritata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 jars marinated artichoke hearts
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, mashed
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. oregano
    1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    2 tsp. parsley
Preparation
    Drain juice from one artichoke jar into frying pan.
    Chop both jars of artichokes and set aside.
    Saute onion and garlic in frying pan of marinade.
    Beat eggs.
    Add bread crumbs, salt, pepper, oregano and Tabasco.
    Stir in cheese, parsley and artichokes.
    Add onion mixture.
    Put in 7 x 11-inch greased pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
